This item was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s made from a very breathable material, typically we have sweaty arms from carrying our daughter in our arms during her naps or feedings. We used this to travel and it was convenient to lay her head on something soft as the airplane arm rests can be very hard & uncomfortable. This item is soft, compact, and light. We continue to use this pillow for feedings as well. I recommend to first time moms or if you’re traveling with your child.

Bought this for a flight we never ended up taking. I don’t use it much because it gets too hot on inside. The inside part is soft warm so heats up your arm. Would be good for colder weather but not the heat. I love how it protects my son’s head when nursing. Sometimes I use it as a pillow for him without my arm in it.
