DMCA Policy

Limiraformom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.

B. Action Upon Receipt of Infringement Notification

Once a proper, bona fide infringement notification is received, it is the policy of Limiraformom to:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.
  2. Notify the party responsible for the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.
  3. Terminate access to our services for repeat offenders.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the content removed is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Identification of the Content that was removed and its original location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Arkansas, USA, if outside the USA).
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the rights owner files a court action, the removed content may be replaced in 10 to 14 business days.
