DMCA Policy

A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

B. Action Upon Receipt of Infringement Notification
Once a proper, bona fide infringement notification is received, it is the policy of Limiraformom to:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.
- Notify the party responsible for the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.
- Terminate access to our services for repeat offenders.
C. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that the content removed is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Identification of the Content that was removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Arkansas, USA, if outside the USA).
- Your electronic or physical signature.
If a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the rights owner files a court action, the removed content may be replaced in 10 to 14 business days.
