At Limiraformom, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your family to love our sleepwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Requests must be initiated via email to support@limiraformom.com within this 7-day window.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following “New Only” conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items must be free from any odors, pet hair, or stains.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 cost).
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges ($5.99) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund or exchange within 2 – 5 business days.
- Refund Credit: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card or PayPal).
- Final Processing: Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, provided the request is made within the 7-day window and the item is in “New” condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund to resolve the matter immediately.

- Include photos of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will provide the Return Address and instructions within 24–48 business hours.
