  • Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Includes all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories
  • Must include a valid order number or purchase confirmation

LiMira reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Undergarmentscosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., names, sizing)
  • Items with short shelf lives or expiration dates
  • Items sold in sets or bundles — individual items cannot be returned separately

4. Shipping Costs & Processing Time

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, processing of the refund or exchange will take 2–5 business days.

5. Refund & Exchange Options

Depending on your request, you may select one of the following options:

  • Exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability) – free of charge
  • Full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees)
  • Partial refund for partial returns in a multi-item order
  • Store credit or discount code of equal value for future use

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

7. Wrong Items, Damages, Lost Shipments, and Defects

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong size, color, or style, or if any item is missing:

Manufacturer Defects

 Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is not delivered within the estimated shipping window and tracking shows no final delivery:

  • After confirmation, we will:
    • Resend the entire order at no cost, or
    • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, building concierge, and neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery — we will assist in filing a claim and provide a resolution

8. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee

We are committed to timely delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days from the shipping date:

  • Please email support@limiraformom.com with your order number
  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If the delay is confirmed to be outside your control, we will:
    • Offer a full refund, or
    • Reship your order at no extra cost (subject to item availability)

This guarantee applies to all international and domestic orders excluding delays caused by incorrect address information or customs clearance.
