Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 6 – 12 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your package within 8 – 15 business days (Processing + Transit time).
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Address Changes

We can only process address changes within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered the production or shipping stage, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

7. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact your local post office or the designated carrier.
  • If the package is still missing, please email us at support@limiraformom.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
