This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on limiraformom.com and is designed to be transparent, detailed, and fully compliant with Google Merchant Center and Meta (Facebook) advertising standards.
1. Global Shipping Coverage
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Orders can be shipped to most countries around the globe. However, some locations may be temporarily restricted due to logistics limitations, carrier disruptions, or import/export regulations.
- If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund or alternative solution.
- We currently do not ship to countries sanctioned by the U.S. government or areas where delivery services are unavailable.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, major holidays, product launches), processing may be delayed due to high order volume.
- If there is a significant delay in preparing your shipment, our team will contact you via email.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Below are estimated shipping timeframes after order processing:
- United States: 6 – 12 business days
- Canada / UK / EU: 10 – 20 business days
- Australia / Asia-Pacific: 12 – 25 business days
- Rest of World: 14 – 28 business days
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, high seasonal volumes, weather disruptions, or local courier issues.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, delivery method, and item weight.
- Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error or arrived defective.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.
- This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipping.
6. Address Changes & Multiple Locations
- Shipping address cannot be changed once an order is processed or shipped.
- Orders placed separately cannot be combined.
- We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you want to ship to more than one location, please place separate orders.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- LiMira is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Delays Due to High Order Volume or Holidays
- Shipping and delivery may take longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional periods) due to increased demand.
- We appreciate your patience during these times and will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.
9. “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your order has been “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check your mailbox, porch, reception area, or ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or delivery carrier to verify the location of the package.
- If the package is still missing, please email us at support@limiraformom.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- We will help open an investigation with the carrier and offer resolution options based on the outcome.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the estimated delivery window
- Is marked undeliverable by the carrier
- Cannot be located by tracking or your local post office
Please contact us immediately. After verification, we will:
- Reship the entire order free of charge (if items are still available), or
- Issue a full refund if items are no longer in stock
- Cover re-shipping costs if the issue was caused by carrier error or system malfunction
11. Shipping Policy – United States Only
If you are located in the United States:
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard shipping time is 6–12 business days after your order has been processed.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the location and order weight.
- Tracking is provided for every US order.
- Expedited shipping is not yet available but may be added soon.
- If your US-based order is delayed for more than 5 days beyond the estimated window, please contact us at support@limiraformom.com.
